All orders are shipped directly from Reykjavik, Iceland via DHL Express.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery typically takes 1-3 business days for Europe and North America, and 3-7 business days for the rest of the world.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Visa, Mastercard, and other major credit/debit cards through our secure payment provider, Teya.

Are your products authentic Icelandic products?

Yes! Every product in our store is sourced directly from trusted Icelandic brands and producers. We only sell genuine, authentic products.

Do you offer gift wrapping?

Not yet, but we’re working on it! Stay tuned for our gift box collections coming soon.

What is Þorrinn?

Þorrinn (Thorrinn) refers to the traditional Icelandic midwinter feast, Þorrablót. During this celebration, Icelanders enjoy traditional delicacies such as fermented shark (hákarl), smoked lamb (hangikjöt), blood pudding (blóðmör), and more. Our Þorrinn category features these unique traditional foods.

Can I cancel or modify my order?

You can cancel or modify your order within 2 hours of placing it. After that, the order may have already been processed for shipping. Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to make changes.

We ship to most countries worldwide via DHL Express. If your country is not available at checkout, please contact us and we’ll do our best to arrange delivery.
