Shipping & Delivery

We ship worldwide from Reykjavík, Iceland via Pósturinn (Iceland Post) to over 200 countries. Every order is carefully hand-packed at our warehouse in Reykjavík to ensure your Icelandic treats arrive in perfect condition. Orders are processed weekly and shipped every Monday.

Shipping rates and estimated delivery times are calculated at checkout based on your destination. We offer standard international shipping to most countries, with delivery times typically ranging from 5–15 business days depending on your location.

How We Ship

All orders are shipped via Pósturinn, Iceland's national postal service. Pósturinn has been delivering mail since 1776 and has extensive experience with international shipments. Your package will be securely wrapped and cushioned to protect every item during transit.

For destinations within Europe, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days. For North America, expect 7–12 business days. For the rest of the world, delivery may take 10–15 business days. Please note that these are estimates and actual delivery times may vary due to customs processing in your country.

Order Processing

Orders placed before midnight on Sunday (GMT) are included in the following Monday's shipment batch. Orders placed after that cutoff will be included in the next week's batch. You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, and a second email with tracking information once your package has been dispatched.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. Use this to track your package through the Pósturinn website. Tracking information is usually available within 24–48 hours after dispatch. You can also track your package on most local postal service websites once it arrives in your country.
