  • Perishable items cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or spoiled

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or you received incorrect items, please contact us immediately with photos of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.

Return Conditions

What can be returned?

Non-perishable items in their original, unopened packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received.

What cannot be returned?

Perishable food items (such as fresh or frozen products) cannot be returned unless they arrived damaged or defective. Opened or used items are also not eligible for return.

Damaged or defective items

If your order arrives damaged or defective, please email us with photos within 48 hours of delivery. We'll arrange a full refund or replacement at no additional cost, including perishable items.

Return shipping costs

For items that arrived damaged or defective, we cover return shipping costs. For change-of-mind returns, a shipping fee may apply depending on your location.
