Food Products

Due to the perishable nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on food items. However, if your order arrives damaged or in poor condition, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.

Damaged in Transit

If your package arrives damaged, please document the damage with photos of both the outer packaging and the affected products. Send these to info@icelandicdelights.com along with your order number.

Missing Items

If any items are missing from your order, please contact us immediately with your order number and we will investigate and resolve the issue promptly.

Refund Processing

Approved refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
