Icelandic Delights is operated by Icelandic Delights ehf., registered in Reykjavík, Iceland.
Products & Pricing
All prices are displayed in US Dollars (USD) and include no additional taxes. Import duties, customs fees, and local taxes in your country are the responsibility of the buyer. We reserve the right to update prices at any time without prior notice. Product availability is subject to stock.
Orders & Payment
When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to decline any order. Payment is processed securely through our payment provider, Teya. Your card is charged at the time of purchase. We do not store your card details.
Shipping & Delivery
We ship internationally from Iceland via Pósturinn (the Icelandic postal service). Orders are processed and shipped in weekly batches. Delivery times vary by destination. For full details, please see our Shipping & Delivery page.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties and import taxes, which are levied once the package reaches your country. These charges are the buyer's responsibility and are not included in our product prices or shipping costs. We are not responsible for delays caused by customs processing.
Returns & Refunds
Our return policy is detailed on our Returns & Refunds page. Due to the perishable nature of food products, returns are handled on a case-by-case basis.
